RANDOM HEALTH TIPS 

Hey Folks!! Welcome to my health show. This is RJ Sabreen reporting live from Bangalore. 
On today's menu we have a few healthy tips which will help you keep a balanced diet and a  well maintained lifestyle.


Orange juice makes your skin glow and is  a major source of vitaminC .

Walnuts helps keep bad cholestrol at bay.     

Bananas keeps a check on your digestion.

Cauliflower is good for the heart and reduces risk of cancer.

The heart- healthy shield green tea and lemon together minimizes risk of heart ailment and boosts immunity against cancer.

Simple Way to manage gastric trouble: Slow down while you chew your food or drink any fluid. It helps pass less gas into the stomach.

Use egg for extra glow: We all know that eating an egg a day ,to be precise the egg white is healthy but also people with oily skin can apply egg white and people with dry skin should apply the yolk.

Drive out your blackheads by applying a paste of pepper powder and curd.

Go the milky way :For oily skin apply a paste of tomatoes and milk for 15 mins.
