RECIPE : CHICKEN BADAMI

Heat the oil in a kadahi. Add garlic and saute for half a min in low flame. Increase the flame and add sliced onions. Add salt. Saute until onion is half done. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and saute till onion is golden brown. Add Chicken and cook it on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Add onion paste, cook for another 5 minutes. Then, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Add almond paste, milk and garam masala powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then simmer the flame and close the lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Check the consistency, if water is there then cook on high flame for a min or two. Garnish with chopped coriander and finely chopped green chilies.
Your chicken badami is ready :) Serve hot with Naan or Paratha

- Almond- 10 (Skin Peeled)
- Milk- Half Cup
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 Teaspoon
- Chilly Powder- 1/2 Tb spoon

- Garlic- 4-5 cloves (Chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1/2 Tb Spoon
- Green Chilies- 2 Finely Chopped
- Onion- 3 medium (1 sliced, 2 ground)
- Garam Masala Powder- 1/4 Teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil- 3 Tb Spoon
- Coriander Leaves- 1/2 cup Chopped

I've tasted this recipe. It's a bit heavy but trust me its awesome.
